Ethics
We
honor all non-disclosure agreements that we have signed. We
will not sign a secrecy agreement if we feel, for any reason, that we
cannot completely honor it.
We
work with both end users and suppliers of equipment and chemistry.
We identify all current, and recent past, firms with whom we
are working and with whom have worked.
Unlike
some other consulting firms, we will not work with an end-use
customer if we are professionally employed by a firm which is or may
be a potential supplier for the end-use customer.
We
will not "lead" our end-use customers to our supplier
customers. We do not do sales or representative work. We do
not
accept commissions; we accept only fees as stated in our contract.
We
are personal friends with many end users and suppliers in the
industrial cleaning industry. These friendships do not color our
professional views about their products or their meeting of the needs
of customers.
We
do not simultaneously work for competitive firms. We are respected
and long-term participants in the industrial cleaning industry.
We
make our living in this industry. Consequently, at some future time,
we may work for a firm that is a competitor of another firm with whom
we have worked in the past. When this occurs, we do not
reveal
confidential information from the former client.
There
is a signed contract for our work with every client.
Fee
Structure
Our
fees are per hour of work.
We
provide an initial evaluation of the situation or problem of a
potential client. This general evaluation and recommendation
is
done at no charge. We provide, again at no charge, all the
time
a client needs to understand our credentials, capability, and
competence to meet the needs they have. Our purpose is to
allow
potential clients, to become comfortable (or not), in working with
us.
A
client is billed only for charges against our fee schedule when they
have accepted a contract via their signature, and given us a task
that has been mutually agreed upon.
Our
fees are based on the length of the project that we are
assigned.
Shorter projects, which consume more of our fixed costs, have higher
rates per hour. Our current fee schedule is provided to a
customer as part of our initial consultation.
